I do all the work myself. I do not employ Incorporation Specialists or a Sales Team. I have 23 years experience incorporating new businesses in Bakersfield, California. I offer full service Business Formation Services only in the State of California.
A complete Business Formation for one set fee!
I don't offer any upgraded or downgraded services and have only one fee structure to do the job right. If your Business Formation requires federal and state identification numbers, payroll identification numbers, sales tax identification numbers, etc. then it's already included in the original fee of $995. I do not offer a shopping cart section anywhere on this website to offer you additional features, products or sign-ups. You are here to form your new business, which is a serious matter. Nobody wants to feel as if they are ordering a pizza and being charged for each additional topping seperately.
How we determine which business entity is right for you?
As a Certified Public Accountant for over 26 years, I have provided local business owners with business formation advice and have been assisting with the incorporation process for 23 years. I meet directly with each and every client to obtain an understanding of the tax and personal liability protection required for their new business. Only after I understand their business, will I offer my professional business formation recommendations.

Richard is the founder of Incorporate Bakersfield and brings over 31 years of experience with him. He graduated from California State University, Bakersfield in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an accounting concentration. Richard is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Richard is also an investment Registered Representative and holds security licenses Series 7 and Series 63 since 1996. Along with Business Formation, his other areas of expertise lie in Individual and Corporate tax preparation, audit representation and tax planning.
